摘 要:原料煤煤质的研究是选择气化工艺的基础,若选择不当,将导致煤气化过程无法高效运行。为了准确评价内蒙古准格尔矿区玻璃沟6煤层气化可行性,通过大量收集资料和有针对性的实地采样测试分析,论述了玻璃沟井田6煤层煤质特征,主要对全水分、灰分、全硫、煤灰熔融性软化温度、黏结指数等指标数据进行了统计与分析,将各项指标与气化工艺对煤质要求进行了对比。结果表明:玻璃沟井田6煤层属于低变质程度煤种,煤质表现为低全水分、低灰-中灰、低硫、较高软化温度灰、较高流动温度灰、无黏结性、高热稳定性、反应性较差、中等可磨,根据气化工艺对原料煤各项指标要求,玻璃沟井田6煤层适合作为常压固定床和气流床气化工艺用原料煤。The study on feed coal quality is the foundation to select coal for gasification technology.The wrong selection will cause coal gasification operation not efficient.To correctly assesses gasification feasibility of coal No.6 in the Boligou minefield,Jungar mining area,Inner Mongolia,through acquisition of substantial information and pertinently carried out site sampling and test analysis,expounded coal No.6 coal quality features.Statistics and analyses of indicator data have mainly carried out on total moisture,ash,total sulfur,ash fusibility softening temperature,caking index etc,contrasted indicators with gasification technology requirements on coal quality.The result has shown that coal No.6 belongs to low metamorphism degree coal rank,coal quality shows low total moisture,low to medium ash,low sulfur,rather high softening temperature ash,without caking property,high thermal stability,poorer reactivity and medium grindability.According to gasification technology requirements on indicators,coal No.6 in Boligou minefield is propitious to atmospheric fixed-bed and entrained flow gasification technological feed coal.
