摘 要:针对能源互联网中分布式能源比例大量增加的情况,探讨了含多种分布式能源系统中储能系统参与主动调控的可行性和必要性。结合电力系统稳定和分布式能源发-输-用整体经济运行的要求,储能系统参与主动调控核心是主动协助平衡系统功率变化,调控时间、调控额度、调控次数是影响储能系统主动调控效果的关键因素。在PowerFactory软件中搭建储能系统并进行了仿真,分析了电力储能主动调控对系统的影响,并结合实际工程建设和设备开发经验,归纳了储能系统主动调节策略,仿真分析和实验数据验证了主动调控策略的有效性。In view of the increasing proportion of distributed energy in the energy internet,the feasibility and necessity of the active regulation of energy storage system with multiple distributed energy systems were discussed.According to the power system stability and economic operation requirements,the key of energy storage active control strategy is the active assistance in balancing power changes,regulation time,regulation frequency and regulation amount are the key factors that affect the active regulation.The energy storage system was built in Powerfactory software for simulation,and the influence of the active regulation of power storage system on the system was analyzed.Combined with the experience of actual engineering construction and equipment development,the active regulation strategy of energy storage system was summarized.The effectiveness of the active regulation strategy was verified through simulation analysis and experimental data.
