摘 要:目的:研究黔产黄精的产地加工炮制一体化技术。方法:以多糖、醇浸物及水浸物含量等为指标,结合指纹图谱分析及小鼠抗疲劳试验,将不同的一体化技术与传统技术进行对比研究。结果:一体化技术先烫后切方法与传统技术相当或略优。结论:黔产黄精的产地加工炮制一体化技术具有一定的合理性和可行性。Objective To study the integrated technology of original producing and processing of Polygonatum Cyrtonema Hua in Guizhou.Method The integrated technology and traditional technology were compared by the content determination of polysaccharide,alcohol-soluble extractives and water-soluble extractives.HPLC fingerprint analysis and anti-fatigue test were also applied.Result The method of the integration technology,which was called“scalding before cutting”,was comparable with or little better than the traditional technology.Conclusion To some extent,the integrated technology of original producing and processing of Polygonatum Cyrtonema Hua in Guizhou is reasonable and feasible.
