山芝麻中β-谷甾醇的定性和定量分析

摘　　要：目的:建立山芝麻中β-谷甾醇的定性和定量分析方法。方法:TLC法对山芝麻中的β-谷甾醇进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定β-谷甾醇的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,重复性好。β-谷甾醇在3.694~184.7μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为96.0%(RSD=1.17%)。结论:该方法可应用于山芝麻的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of β-sitosterol in Radix helicteris.Methods The qualitative analysis of β-sitosterol was carried out by thin layer chromatography(TLC).The content determination of β-sitosterol was using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results The TLC spots were clear and reproducible.β-sitosterol showed a good linear relationship within the range of 3.694~184.7μg/mL(r=0.9999),whose average recovery was 96.0%with the RSD of 1.17%.Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Radix helicteris.
