摘　　要：周围性面瘫是临床常见疾病,目前临床西医治疗周围性面瘫以营养神经、抗病毒治疗为主,但单纯西医疗法疗效不佳。门诊收治1例因腮腺混合瘤术出现周围性面瘫面瘫的患者,在西医治疗基础上,采用针刺配合理疗,取得较好的疗效。Facial paralysis is a common disease.and now western medicine mainly treats peripheral facial paralysis with nutritional nerve and anti-virus therapy,but the effect of western medicine alone is not good.A case of facial paralysis due to parotid mixed tumor surgery from the outpatient department,has achieved good curative effect with acupuncture and physical therapy on the basis of western treatment.
