摘  要:在南方(以广东起步)调频辅助服务市场中,机组的调频性能通过一系列调频指标来衡量,调频性能指标的高低直接影响到机组在市场中是否可以中标以及中标后调频收益的高低。为了提高调频性能,增加调频收益,提出机组加装储能构成联合系统参与调频辅助服务市场的解决方案。阐述了调频性能指标的计算过程,分析储能接入后对机组调频性能指标的提升作用,并提出联合系统的接入方案和控制策略。粤西某电厂的试点工程实践证明,所提技术大幅提升了机组的调频性能指标,实现了机组-储能联合系统参与调频辅助服务市场、储能厂商与电厂共同分享调频收益的新型合作模式,也为广东电网增加了优质调频资源。In the frequency regulation ancillary service market of southern China(starting from Guangdong),performance of the power unit is measured by a series of indices.Values of indices directly affect the probabilities of winning bids and incomes obtained from the market.In order to enhance performance and increase income,this paper proposes a solution that battery storages are integrated with power units and participate in the frequency regulation market as a combination system.It demonstrates the calculation process of the frequency regulation performance indices,analyzes the effect of energy storage access on promoting the frequency regulation performance indices,and proposes the access scheme and control strategy of the combination system.Pilot project of one power plant in the west Guangdong province proves the proposed technology greatly improves the frequency regulation performance indices of the units and realizes a new cooperation mode of the generator-storage combination system participating in the frequency regulation ancillary service market and co-sharing frequency regulation incomes by the storage companies and power plants.Meanwhile,the proposed technology also increases high quality frequency resources for Guangdong power grid.
