摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提高及对舒适工作生活环境的高要求,目前许多船舶既要求在航行中减摇,也要求在停泊或锚泊状态下减摇。零航速减摇鳍使用液压系统作为其动力源,其设计既要满足传统减摇鳍的功能,又要兼顾零航速下的液压驱动问题。由于传统减摇鳍液压系统的设计已经成熟,因此给液压系统的设计虽然增加了限制,但也使得问题得到简化。文章主要对零航速减摇鳍液压系统在不同工况下功率消耗问题进行仿真研究对比,找到节能型液压系统的最优研究方向。With the improvement of people's living standards and the high requirements for a comfortable working and living environment,many ships are currently required not only to roll down while sailing,but also to roll down while moored or anchored.The zero-speed fin stabilizer uses a hydraulic system as its power source,and its design must not only meet the functions of traditional fin stabilizers,but also take into account the hydraulic driving problem at zero speed.Since the design of the traditional fin stabilizer hydraulic system has matured,the design of the hydraulic system has added restrictions,but also simplified the problem.The power consumption of zero speed fin stabilizer hydraulic system under different conditions is simulated and compared,and the optimal scheme of energy-saving hydraulic system is obtained.
