摘 要:随着各类船舶吨位的不断增加,船舶用电需求越来越大,船舶电站系统结构越来越复杂,利用多机组并联运行来扩大电站系统供电容量已成为常态。多机组并联工作时,需根据机组容量均匀分配功率,使电站系统稳定、高效地工作。设计了电站监控装置调频调载控制算法,使柴发机组、汽发机组稳定高效地工作,并通过联调试验,验证了不同载荷下调频调载算法对机组负载分配的执行情况。试验结果表明,不同载荷下,通过负载分配算法分配的负载是合理的,能够有效控制机组,并使其稳定高效运行。With the increasing tonnage of ships,the demand for electricity is getting larger and larger,and the structure of ship power station systems is becoming more and more complex.It is normal to expand the power supply capacity by parallel operations of synchronous generators.When synchronous generators are operated in parallel,it is necessary to evenly distribute the power according to the unit capacity,so that the power station system can work stably and efficiently.The frequency-load control algorithm are designed to make the diesel generator and steam generators work stably and efficiently.Through the joint commissioning test,the implementation of frequency modulation and load regulation algorithm to the unit load distribution under different loads is verified.The experiment results show that under different loads,the load distributed by the load distribution algorithm is reasonable,which can effectively control the unit and make it operate stably and efficiently.
