不同血清25-羟基维生素D水平儿童及青少年体质量和糖脂代谢指标及中心动脉压的变化研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同血清25-羟基维生素D水平儿童及青少年体质量、糖脂代谢指标及中心动脉压的变化情况。方法选取2017年8月至2019年1月本院诊治的800例儿童及青少年作为研究对象,根据血清25-羟基维生素D水平的不同分为Vit D正常组(n=270)、Vit D不足组(n=265)和Vit D缺乏组(n=265)。Vit D缺乏组根据Vit D缺乏程度不同再分为<25 nmol/L组(n=106)和≥25 nmol/L组(n=159)。比较3组儿童体质量、糖脂代谢指标(FPG、HbA1c、C-P、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C)及中心动脉压,同时比较Vit D缺乏组中不同缺乏程度组的检测结果。结果Vit D缺乏组HDL-C为(1.35±0.12)mmol/L,低于Vit D正常组的(1.51±0.18)mmol/L及Vit D不足组的(1.49±0.16)mmol/L(t=12.074,11.395,P<0.05),体质量、糖代谢指标、其他脂代谢指标及中心动脉压均高于Vit D正常组及Vit D不足组,且Vit D缺乏组中不同缺乏程度组的检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同血清25-羟基维生素D水平儿童及青少年体质量、糖脂代谢指标及中心动脉压之间有明显的差异,应重视对儿童及青少年血清25-羟基维生素D水平的监测与干预。Objective To study and observe the change situation of body weight,glycolipid metabolism indexes and central arterial pressure of children and adolescents with different levels of serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D.Methods 800 children and adolescents from August 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects and they were divided into Vit D normal group(n=270),Vit D not enough group(n=265)and Vit D deficiency group(n=265).The Vit D deficiency group were divided into<25 nmol/L group(n=106)and≥25 nmol/L group(n=159)according to the degree of Vit D deficiency.Then the body weight,glycolipid metabolism indexes(FPG,HbA1c,C-P,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C)and central arterial pressure of three groups were compared,and the detection results of Vit D deficiency group with different degree of deficiencywere compared.Results The HDL-C of Vit D deficiency group was(1.35±0.12)mmol/L,and was lower than those of Vit D normal group(1.51±0.18)mmol/L and Vit D not enough group(1.49±0.16)mmol/L(t=12.074,11.395,P<0.05),the body weight,other glycolipid metabolism indexes and central arterial pressure were all higher than those of Vit D normal group and Vit D not enough group,and the detection results of Vit D deficiency group with different degree of deficiency were compared,the difference was all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The difference of body weight,glycolipid metabolism indexes and central arterial pressure of children and adolescents with different levels of serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D are obviously different,and the serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D of children and adolescents should be paid to more attention and monitoring.
