腹膜外腹腔镜无张力疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的对比分析腹膜外腹腔镜无张力疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月本院收治的94例腹股沟疝患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。观察组给予腹膜外腹腔镜无张力疝修补术治疗,对照组给予开放式无张力疝修补术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、手术指标、术后恢复指标、术后并发症。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),手术时间显著缩短,术中出血量显著减少,但是住院费用显著提高(P<0.05),疼痛持续时间、术后下床活动时间、术后排气时间及住院时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论腹膜外腹腔镜无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝可显著提高临床疗效,缩短手术时间及术后恢复时间,减少出血量,降低并发症发生,在患者经济情况允许的条件下可优先选择。Objective To compare the effect of extraperitoneal laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair and open tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods 94 patients with inguinal hernia who were selected were divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 47 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with extraperitoneal laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair,and the control group was treated with open tension-free hernia repair.To compare the clinical efficacy,surgical index,postoperative recovery index,postoperative complications.Results The total effective rate of clinical observation in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the operation time was significantly shortened,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced,but the hospitalization cost was significantly increased(P<0.05),the duration of pain,the time of getting out of bed,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Peritoneum External laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the operation time and recovery time,reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce complications,and can be preferred under the conditions of economic conditions.
