痰瘀互结型子宫肌瘤妇女治疗中运用百消异汤加减的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究治疗痰瘀互结型子宫肌瘤患者使用百消异汤加减的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的痰瘀互结型子宫肌瘤患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组患者使用米非司酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用百消异汤加减治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、复发率。结果两组患者子宫肌瘤临床效果比较差异无统计学意义;观察组患者中医证侯临床症候总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的77.08%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为4.17%明显低于对照组的20.83%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百消异汤加减联合米非司酮治疗痰瘀互结型子宫肌瘤均具良好临床效果,患者中医证侯临床效果确切,有利于降低复发的风险。Objective To explore the effect of Baixiaoyi Decoction in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.Methods 96 patients with uterine leiomyoma of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Baixiaoyi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the clinical effect of uterine leiomyoma between the two groups.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 77.08%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.17%lower than 20.83%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baixiaoyi decoction combined with mifepristone has good clinical effect in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma of phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.The clinical effect of TCM syndromes of patients is exact,which is conducive to reducing the risk of recurrence.
