颅内压监测仪用于颅内压增高患者治疗中的效果观察及其护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察颅内压监测仪用于颅内压增高患者治疗中的效果,总结有效的护理干预方法。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月本院收治96例颅内压增高患者,所有患者均给予常规对症治疗、颅内压监测仪持续颅内压监测。随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各48例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于颅内压监测的优质护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组格拉斯哥(GCS)评分为(9.6±1.5)分、病情好转率为95.83%、护理满意度评分为(94.1±2.0)分,明显优于对照组的(7.8±1.1)分、79.17%、(82.5±3.6)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组死亡率为0.00%、并发症发生率为2.08%,均低于对照组的12.50%、18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅内压增高患者采用颅内压监测仪能动态观察颅内压变化情况,配合优质护理干预能更准确、及时地发现病情变化,控制病情,降低并发症、死亡率,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of intracranial pressure monitor in the treatment of patients with intracranial hypertension,and summarize the effective nursing intervention methods.Methods 96 cases of intracranial hypertension patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018,all the patients were treated with routine symptomatic treatment,continuous intracranial pressure monitoring with intracranial pressure monitor.They were divided into the control group and the control group according to the randomly digital tables method,with 48 cases in each group,the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results The Glasgow(GCS score)in the observation group was(9.6±1.5),the improvement rate was 95.83%,the nursing satisfaction score(94.1±2.0)was significantly better than the control group(7.8±1.1),79.17%,(82.5±3.6),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mortality rate(0.00%),the incidence of complications(2.08%)in the observation group were lower than the control group(12.50%,18.75%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracranial pressure monitoring instrument can dynamically observe the changes of intracranial pressure in Intracranial hypertension patients,cooperation with high quality nursing intervention can better control the disease,reduce the incidence of complications and death,it's worth popularizing in clinical.
