摘  要:目的研究无线可穿戴智能体温监测系统在围术期患者体温监测中的应用。方法选取2018年6月至2018年12月在本院行手术治疗的患者200例,手术后3 d内对患者进行两种不同的体温测量方式监测体温:汞式体温计测量和无线可穿戴智能体温监测系统监测。对比分析两种体温测量方式所需人工耗时、测量体温值以及患者舒适度。结果无线可穿戴智能体温监测系统测量患者围术期体温所需耗费护士人工时长短于汞式体温计,且二者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种体温测量方式所得患者体温值比较差异无统计学意义;相比于使用汞式体温计测量体温的舒适度,患者对于无线可穿戴智能体温监测系统测量体温有更高的舒适度,且二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用无线可穿戴智能体温监测系统测量体温结果与汞式体温计测量结果无差异性,能有效节省人工耗时,提高护士工作效率,同时增加患者测量舒适度。Objective To study the application of wireless wearable intelligent temperature monitoring system in perioperative patients'temperature monitoring.Methods 200 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected.Two methods were used to measure the patient's temperature within 3 days after operation:mercury thermometer and wireless wearable intelligent temperature monitoring system.The time-consuming,temperature value and patient comfort of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results The time required to measure body temperature by wireless wearable intelligent temperature monitoring system was shorter than that by mercury thermometer,and there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body temperature between the two methods.Compared with the comfort of using mercury thermometer to measure body temperature,patients have higher comfort for wireless wearable body temperature monitoring system,and the difference between the two has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Using wireless wearable intelligent body temperature monitoring system to measure body temperature is not different from mercury thermometer.It can effectively save time,improve the efficiency of nurses,and increase the comfort of patients.
