脊柱外科患者术前疼痛与心理状况调查及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的调查脊柱外科患者术前疼痛与焦虑和抑郁心理状况,分析其相关性。方法选取2016年11月—2017年11月于广州市某三甲医院行脊柱外科手术的334例患者进行问卷调查,采用疼痛数字评分表对所选患者术前静息时和运动后疼痛进行评分,采用综合医院焦虑抑郁量表量化评价所选患者术前焦虑和抑郁心理状况。结果脊柱外科患者术前静息时和运动后的疼痛评分分别为(2.59±1.95)和(4.33±2.23),焦虑和抑郁评分分别为(8.93±4.01)和(8.61±2.87);Pearson相关系数分析表明患者术前疼痛与焦虑和抑郁呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论脊柱外科患者术前静息时为轻微至轻度疼痛、运动后为轻度至中度疼痛,术前疑似有焦虑和抑郁症状;患者术前疼痛显著影响其焦虑和抑郁心理状况。Objective To investigate the relationship between preoperative pain and anxiety and depression in spinal surgery patients..Methods A total of 334 patients who underwent spinal surgery in a third-level first-class hospital in Guangzhou from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected for a questionnaire survey.The preoperative resting and post-exercise pain of the selected patients were scored using a digital pain rating scale,and the preoperative anxiety and depression of the selected patients were quantitatively evaluated using the general hospital anxiety and depression scale.Results The scores of preoperative resting pain and post-exercise pain in spinal surgery patients were(2.59±1.95)and(4.33±2.23),and the scores of anxiety and depression were(8.93±4.01)and(8.61±2.87).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that preoperative pain was positively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with spinal surgery had mild to mild pain at rest before surgery,mild to moderate pain after exercise,and were suspected to have symptoms of anxiety and depression before surgery.Pre-operative pain significantly affected anxiety and depression.
