营养干预模式在胃肠道晚期肿瘤化疗患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析营养干预模式在胃肠道晚期肿瘤化疗患者的应用效果。方法选择某院2017年2月~2019年2月收治的90例胃肠道晚期肿瘤患者为观察对象,按照随机抽签法等分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组实施传统饮食干预,观察组则予以营养干预模式干预。比较两组干预前后营养指标水平变化情况,不良反应发生情况,干预前后生活质量变化情况。结果干预后观察组和对照组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均较干预前均显著改善,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组和对照组的生活质量均得到明显的改善,且观察组改善程度明显优于对照组。结论营养干预模式应用于胃肠道晚期肿瘤化疗患者中的效果显著,有利于改善患者的营养状况,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective To study the effect of nutritional intervention mode in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy.Methods 90 cases of patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were included in the study,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random lottery.The control group carried out traditional diet intervention,while the study group received nutritional intervention model intervention.The changes of nutritional indicators,adverse reactions,quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Serum albumin and prealbumin levels in the study group and control group were significantly improved after intervention compared with those before intervention,and the degree of improvement in the study group was significant due to the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life of both the study group and the control group was significantly improved,while the improvement degree of the study group was significantly improved due to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nutritional intervention model in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy has a significant effect,which is conducive to improving the nutritional status,reducing the risk of adverse reactions,and improving the quality of life.
