胰岛素无针注射2型糖尿病病人治疗满意度的影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解应用无针注射器的2型糖尿病病人胰岛素治疗满意度现状,并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用便利抽样法,选取2018年6月—2019年6月在郑州市某三级甲等医院内分泌科住院且使用胰岛素无针注射的2型糖尿病病人200例,采用一般资料调查表、中文版胰岛素治疗满意度量表对病人进行调查。[结果]胰岛素无针注射2型糖尿病病人胰岛素治疗满意度总分为(75.57±7.04)分,处于中等水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、医疗支付方式、医疗支付能力、糖尿病并发症个数、胰岛素注射年限、胰岛素注射次数、注射胰岛素时是否需要协助、低血糖发生频率、体质指数(BMI)的胰岛素无针注射2型糖尿病病人胰岛素治疗满意度比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,低血糖发生频率、胰岛素注射次数、注射胰岛素时是否需要协助、性别、医疗支付能力、文化程度、家庭人均月收入是影响胰岛素无针注射2型糖尿病病人胰岛素治疗满意度的主要因素。[结论]临床医护人员可针对主要影响因素实施有效干预,以提高病人的胰岛素治疗满意度。Objective:To investigate the status quo of treatment satisfaction of type 2 diabetes patients with insulin needleless injection and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 200 patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus who received insulin needleless injection in endocrinology department in a third grade A hospital in Zhengzhou from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected by convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire and Chinese version of insulin treatment satisfaction questionnaire(ITSQ)were used to investigate the patients.Results:The total score of ITSQ of type 2 diabetic patients with insulin needleless injection was(75.57±7.04),which was in the middle level.Single factor analysis showed that there was statistically significant in insulin treatment satisfaction among type 2 diabetes patients with different gender,age,educational level,family monthly income per capita,medical payment,medical afford ability,number of diabetes complications,duration of insulin injection,number of insulin injections,the need for assistance during insulin injection,the frequency of hypoglycaemia and BMI(body mass index,BMI)(all P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the frequency of hypoglycemia,number of insulin injections,the need for assistance during insulin injection,gender,medical afford ability,education level,and family monthly income per capita were the main influencing factors of insulin treatment satisfaction of type 2 diabetes patients with insulin needleless injection.Conclusions:In order to improve patients′satisfaction with insulin treatment,clinical medical staff can carry out effective interventions aiming at the main influencing factors.
