摘  要:在突发地质灾害防治中,监测和预警是极为重要的措施。近年来,随着自动化监测技术逐渐成熟,各省市也在逐步建设完善基于野外设备监测的突发地质灾害监测预警系统。在该类项目实施中,遇到了行业标准化程度低、质量验收依据不明确等问题。本文基于北京市突发地质灾害监测预警系统的施工监理实践,介绍了北京市突发性地质灾害监测设备施工的特点,根据其特点对项目进行了分解,从监理角度分析了突发地灾监测工程施工的质量控制要点及监理措施,形成了一套适用于北京市的地灾监测工程监理方法。In the prevention and control of emergent geological hazards(EGH),monitoring and forecasting-warning are important measures.In recent years,with the gradual maturity of automatic monitoring technology,many provinces and cities are gradually building and improving EGH monitoring and forecasting-warning system based on automatic monitoring equipment.In the implementation of this type of project,there are some problems such as low industry standardization and unclear quality acceptance basis.Based on the practice of construction supervision of the EGH monitoring and forecastingwarning system in Beijing,this paper introduces the characteristics of the construction of EGH monitoring equipment of the Beijing City,decomposes the project according to its characteristics,and analyzes the monitoring of EGH from the perspective of supervision,establishes a set of supervision methods for EHG projects..
