摘　　要：本文以从创伤理论出发,研究福克纳的作品《押沙龙,押沙龙!》,通过分析美国南北战争对老南方人造成的社会创伤及其对主要人物萨德本的家族兴衰的直接推动作用,从而理解战争创伤、种族创伤以及人物心理创伤,从而对种族身份重建提出建议,号召法律、思想层面的种族身份重建.Based on Trauma Theory,this essay studies Faulkner's work Absalom,Absalom!Through analyzing the trauma caused by the American Civil War to the old southerners and its direct role in promoting the rise and fall of the main character’s family,to understand war trauma,racial trauma,and psychological trauma of people.In this way,this essay will make recommendations for the reconstruction of ethnic identity and call for the reconstruction of ethnic identity at the legal and ideological level.
