摘  要:为研究百部作为植物源农药对害虫寄主作物的影响,用黄豆和黄瓜种子作为供试植物,研究质量浓度为0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00 g·L^-1的百部乙醇提取物对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,质量浓度为0.25、0.50、0.75 g·L^-1的百部乙醇提取物对黄豆种子萌发均没有明显促进作用,对幼苗茎、根长度无明显影响,但能使根重和叶绿素a增加;质量浓度为0.50、0.75 g·L^-1的百部乙醇提取物对黄瓜种子萌发有促进作用,使幼苗茎长和叶绿素a增加;高质量浓度(1.00 g·L^-1)百部乙醇提取物对黄豆与黄瓜种子萌发与幼苗生长均有抑制作用.百部乙醇提取物对黄豆和黄瓜种子的萌发和生长影响复杂,提示在开发百部类植物源农药时应考虑其对种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响.To study the effects of Stemona japonica as a plant pesticide on the host crops of insect pests,the Stemona japonica ethanol extrats(SEE)with mass concentrations of 0.25,0.50,0.75 and 1.00 g·L^-1 on seed germination and seedling growth of soybean and cucumber seeds were studied.The results show the mass concentration of 0.25,0.50 and 0.75 g·L^-1 SEE did not promote the germination of soybean significantly,and had no significant effect on the seedling length of stem and root,but increased the root weight and chlorophyll a.The mass concentration of 0.50 and 0.75 g·L^-1 SEE promoted the germination of cucumber,the stem length of seedling increased,and the chlorophyll increased,high mass concentration(1.00 g·L^-1)of SEE had inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of both seeds.The impacts of SEE on the germination and growth of soybean and cucumber seeds are complex,the effects on seed germination and seedling growth should be considered in the development of Stemona japonica as a plant pesticide.
