摘 要:目的综合评价“互联网+”自我管理干预对关节炎患者的自我效能、生活质量产生的影响及各干预措施的有效性。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Evidence-Based Medicine Reviews数据库。搜集国内外公开发表的关于关节炎“互联网+”自我管理干预的临床随机对照试验和临床对照试验,对其进行质量评价和数据提取,使用Stata 14.0对数据进行网状Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献,共2070例关节炎患者。网状Meta分析结果显示,“自主学习”对比“答疑讨论”、“自主学习+答疑讨论”、“常规护理”之间在提升关节炎患者自我效能方面差异具有统计学意义;“自主学习+答疑讨论”、“自主学习”和“常规护理”之间在提升关节炎患者生活质量方面的差异无统计学意义。累计排序曲线下面积结果显示,“自主学习”和“自主学习+答疑讨论”可能是提升关节炎患者自我效能和生活质量的较优方法。结论“自主学习”和“自主学习+答疑讨论”对提升关节炎患者自我效能和生活质量的效果优于其他干预方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of"Internet+"mobile health self-management intervention on the self-efficacy and the quality of life of arthritis patients.Methods A systematic search of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan-Fang Database,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Evidence-Based Medicine Reviews Database were carried out.Randomized clinical trial and Controlled Clinical Trial that assessed the effectiveness of"Internet+"mobile health self-management intervention on the self-efficacy and the quality of life of arthritis patients were selected.Quality assessment was performed.Stata 14.0 software was used to analyze the data after quality assessment and data extraction.Results A total of 11 articles were included in the study,including a total of 2070 arthritis patients.The results of network meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of self-efficacy of arthritis patients compared with"answering questions and discussion","self-learning and answering questions and discussion"and"routine care".There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life of arthritis patients compared with"self-learning and answering questions and discussion","self-learning"and"routine care".According to the SUCRA ranking results,"self-learning"and"self-learning and answering questions and discussion"may be better methods to improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of arthritis patients.Conclusion"Self-learning"and"self-learning and answering questions and discussion"are superior to other interventions in improving the self-efficacy and quality of life of arthritis patients.
