眼科患者眼药水治疗规范化护理管理效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨眼科患者眼药水治疗过程中的规范化护理管理及效果。方法2016年1月至2017年1月收治的470例患者为对照组,根据医嘱患者自行滴注眼药水;2017年2月至2018年2月收治的682例患者为观察组,执行眼药水治疗规范化管理,即制订眼药水治疗执行标准,借助自行设计的眼药水治疗车从准备阶段、执行阶段、持续质量改进3个阶段实施规范管理。结果观察组患者每日滴眼药水护理时间和护理安全事件明显少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的眼药水漏滴率、错滴率、丢失率、并发症发生率低于对照组;眼药水应用知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论眼科住院患者执行眼药水规范管理保障了眼科患者的用药安全,提高了患者满意度。Objective To explore the standardized nursing management on eye drops and its effect in ophthalmic inpatients.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,total of 470 ophthalmic patients were admitted in the control group,the patients were given eye drops according to the doctor's instructions.From February 2017 to February 2018,total of 682 patients were admitted in the observation group,and the standardized management of eye drops treatment was implemented,that is,the implementation standard of eye drops treatment was developed,and the standard management was implemented from the preparation stage,the implementation stage and the continuous quality improvement stage with the help of the self-designed eye drops treatment vehicle.Results The average time of daily ophthalmic care and nursing safety incidents due to the use of eye drops in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01).The eye drops leakage rate,wrong drop rate,loss rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The application knowledge of eye drops in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The standard management of eye drops for ophthalmic inpatients ensures the safety of ophthalmic patients and improves their satisfaction.
