摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在脑卒中患者约束护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2019年12月三级综合性医院神经内科接收的120例脑卒中约束患者作为临床研究对象,根据随机数据表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。比较两组患者约束护理的合格率和约束后护理并发症发生情况。结果对照组约束护理的合格率为75%,观察组为93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);约束后并发症的发生进行比较,观察组的非计划拔管和皮肤损伤例数均显著下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用循证护理实践模式是降低脑卒中患者约束后并发症的有效护理干预手段,能有效提高约束护理合格率,提升护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the constraint nursing management of stroke patients.Methods from June 2019 to December 2019,120 patients with stroke constraint received by neurology department of tertiary general hospital were randomly selected as the clinical research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random data table.The qualified rate of constraint nursing and the occurrence of nursing complications were compared between the two groups.Results the qualified rate of constraint nursing was 75%in the control group and 93%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion evidence-based nursing practice mode is an effective nursing intervention method to reduce the complications of stroke patients after constraint,which can effectively improve the qualified rate of constraint nursing and improve the quality of nursing.
