摘  要:在石化资源日趋稀少的背景以及全世界号召“绿色生活”的时代主题之下,生物基聚氨酯泡沫材料逐渐走进人们的视野,各种生物基替代产品逐渐被发掘研究,像植物油、腰果壳油、玉米秸秆以及其他生物基可再生的绿色环境友好型原料来合成多元醇或异氰酸酯,作为聚氨酯材料的主要原料,合成聚氨酯前体,再对其生物基聚氨酯前体进行各种化学改性修饰后发泡,以此得到各种不同类型的聚氨酯泡沫材料。本文对近年来各种生物基聚氨酯泡沫材料的研究进行了总结,重点介绍了不同类型的生物基多元醇的制备、改性后对泡沫材料的影响。Under the background of the increasing scarcity of petrochemical resources and the theme of the world's call for“green life”,bio-based polyurethane foam has gradually entered the field of vision.Various bio-based products have been gradually explored,such as vegetable oil,cashew nut oil,corn stalks and other bio-based renewable environment-friendly materials to synthesize polyols or isocyanates.As the main raw material of polyurethane materials,polyurethane precursors are synthesized by foaming various kinds of chemically modified polyurethane precursors,so as to obtain various kinds of polyurethane foam materials.In this paper,the research on various kinds of bio-based polyurethane foam materials in recent years is summarized,and the effects of the preparation and modification of different types of bio-base polyols on the foam materials are mainly introduced.
