对云南省集中式污染治理设施普查质量控制的思考建议

摘　　要：结合参与的第二次全国污染源普查工作,梳理、分析和总结了集中式污染治理设施在入户调查和数据审核阶段存在的主要问题,并对数据质量的提升提出了建议。The second national survey of pollution sources in China is a major national investigation and is also the basic work of environmental protection,which started under the background that China is entering the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and is determining to adjust the structure of production capacity and fill up the outstanding short board of ecological environment.According to the survey data,the current environ-mental situation of China would be accurately examined.The targeted environmental protection policy and planning could be made and implemented,which would improve the environmental quality continuously,and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization and complete the short board of ecological environment in building a well-off society in an all-round way.The main problems existing in the household survey and data review stage of centralized pollution control facilities were sorted out,analyzed and summarized,and further improving the data quality were suggested in this paper,which would be useful to the follow-up survey work.
