摘　　要：联动化企业环境守信激励失信惩戒机制是建全社会信用体系的重要内容,企业环境信用体系建设是社会信用体系建设的重要组成。推动联动化企业环境信用奖惩机制是推进生态环境管理改革,督促企业自觉履行环境责任和义务的重要保障。从云南省联动化企业环境信用奖惩机制建设的现状和问题分析出发,提出完善云南省联动化企业环境守信激励失信惩戒机制的建议措施。Linkage enterprise environment trustworthy incentive punishment mechanism is an important content to build up the whole society trustworthy system,and the establishment of enterprise environment trustworthy system is a significant part.Improving linkage enterprise environment trustworthy incentive punishment mechanism is the ba-sis to push the enterprises to voluntarily implement their own environmental responsibility and duties,which would promote the ecological environmental management reform.The present status and problem of the mechanism in Yunnan were presented.Countermeasures of improving the mechanism of Yunnan were put forward.
