摘　　要：生物安全体系对有效预防和控制动物疫病暴发与流行有重要作用。本研究以河北省786个生猪养殖户的调研数据为基础,通过建立多元无序Logistic模型,研究了猪场生物安全体系建设对养猪户适度规模决策行为的影响。结果表明:猪场生物安全体系建设对养猪户适度规模决策行为有显著影响,其中生物安全防控措施采纳数量、生物安全体系防控效果评价对养猪户扩大和维持养殖规模均有显著正影响,生物安全体系建设使用成本压力对养猪户扩大和维持养殖规模有显著负影响;养猪户适度规模决策行为受多种因素影响,教育程度、风险偏好、是否购买生猪养殖保险、疫病损失程度、市场风险预期、外部支持等因素对决策行为存在影响。据此提出建立"三位一体"生物安全防控体系、支持规模猪场提高生物安全体系建设水平、探索生猪养殖保险新模式、稳定养猪行业信贷支持等政策建议。Biosafety system plays an important role in preventing and controlling the outbreak and epidemic of animal epidemic disease.Based on the survey data of 786 pig farmers in Hebei Province,this paper established a multivariate disordered Logistic model to study the influence of the construction of pig farm biosafety system on the appropriate scale decision-making behavior of pig farmers.Results showed that the construction of biosecurity system in pig farms has significant influence on the decision-making behavior of farmers in moderate scale,in which the number of biological safety prevention and control measures and the evaluation of prevention and control effect had significant positive influence on the expansion and maintenance breeding scale,biological safety system construction cost pressure had significant negative impact for farmers to expand and maintain farming scale.The decision making behavior of pig farmers was affected by many factors,such as education level,risk preference,whether to buy pig breeding insurance,degree of disease loss,market risk expectation and external support,etc..Therefore,some policy suggestions were put forward,such as establishing"trinity"biosafety prevention and control system,supporting large-scale pig farms to improve the level of biosafety system construction,exploring a new model of pig breeding insurance,and stabilizing the credit support of the pig industry.
