摘　　要：随着智慧服务理念的不断深入和大数据、物联网、人工智能等新技术的广泛应用,智慧图书馆正在从理论走向实践。用户数据的全面采集和深入分析为智慧图书馆管理和服务提供了数据基础,但也增加了个人数据安全和隐私泄露的风险。本文从智慧图书馆视域下用户数据应用与用户隐私保护之间的矛盾出发,遵循安全性、匿名性、用户同意、服务与数据对等原则,针对数据收集、数据存储、数据利用、数据转移与清理各阶段分别提出相应的措施,以更好地平衡用户数据应用与隐私保护之间的关系,促进智慧图书馆建设。图1。参考文献43。With the continuous deepening of smart service concepts and the widespread application of new technologies,such as big data,the Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence,the smart library is promoted from theory to practice.The comprehensive collection and in-depth analysis of user data provides a data foundation for smart library management and services,but it also increases the risk of personal data security and privacy disclosure.This paper starts from the contradiction between library data application and user privacy protection from the perspective of smart library,follows the principles of security,anonymity,user consent,service and data reciprocity,and puts forward corresponding measures respectively from the stages of data collection,data storage,data utilization,as well as data transfer and clean-up.This paper tries to balance the relationship between library data application and user privacy protection,and promote the construction of the smart library.1 fig.43 refs.
