摘　　要：目的分析多发性骨髓瘤(MM)化疗患者生活质量的影响因素,为制定专项护理措施、提高患者生活质量提供依据。方法选取225例MM化疗患者为研究对象,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量问卷(EORTC QLQ-C30)、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)和中文版Connor-Davidson心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)对患者进行问卷调查,分析患者生活质量的影响因素。结果总共发放225份问卷,收回有效问卷217份,有效回收率为96.44%。MM化疗患者的EORTC QLQ-C30量表总体健康状况得分(57.34±10.14)分,明显低于Norwegian常模(P<0.05)。患者职业、因病是否中断工作、血红蛋白、血肌酐、骨髓中浆细胞系统异常增生比例是影响患者生活质量的主要因素(P<0.01),身体功能状况、事情变化的适应能力是影响患者生活质量的预测因素。结论MM化疗患者的生活质量相对较低,多种因素影响其生活质量。建议通过提供专项护理措施来提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the life quality and related influencing factors of multiple myeloma(MM)patients undergoing chemotherapy,and provide a basis for formulating special nursing measures and improving the life quality of patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted using European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer core quality of life questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30),The Karnofsky Performance Status Scale(KPS)and The Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).The influencing factors of patients'quality of life were analyzed.Results There were 217 valid questionnaires returned.The overall health score of EORTC QLQ-C30 was(57.34±10.14),which was lower than the Norwegian norm(P<0.05).The patients'occupation,disease-induced interruption of work,hemoglobin level,serum creatinine level and percentage of abnormal hyperplasia of plasma cell line were the main factors influencing the life quality of patients with(P<0.01).The functional status and adaptive capacity to changes were predictive factors affecting patients'life quality.Conclusion The quality of life of MM chemotherapy patients is at a low level,a variety of factors have an impact on their quality of life.It is required to improve the quality of life of patients by providing targeted care measures.
