多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验中利用药物半衰期做好护理配合的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨在临床实施多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验中,掌握多巴酚丁胺注射液的药物半衰期对于确定护理观察内容、时间节点的指导作用和意义。方法7位接受多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验的患者,按照《负荷超声心动图规范化操作指南》进行用药及试验,整个过程中护士观察、记录患者临床表现与血压、心率等。结果7例患者中5例患者顺利完成试验,另外2例患者未能完成试验。所有患者在试验过程中及终止试验后,其临床表现与血压、心率变化,以及时间节点均符合多巴酚丁胺半衰期代谢规律。结论多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验试验中,护士掌握好多巴酚丁胺的药物半衰期,能更好地配合医生进行具体操作,预见性地对突发状况进行操作处置。Objective To investigate the value of half-life of the Dobutamine in identifying content and time points of observation for patients undergoing Dobutamine stress echocardiography.Methods Totally 7 patients undergoing Dobutamine stress echocardiography were administrated were included in this study.The drug was administrated and Dobutamine stress echocardiography was carried out according to the guidelines.The clinical features and vital signs of patients were observed and recorded during the test.Results Five patients successfully completed the trial and 2 patients failed to complete the trail.The clinical features and change of blood pressure and heart rate were consistent the metabolic effects of Dobutamine.Conclusion The nursing staff ought to familiarize themselves with the metabolic effects of Dobutamine in the nursing management of patients undergoing Dobutamine stress echocardiography,make a good cooperation with the doctor and take preventive measures for emergency conditions.
