摘 要:目的探讨反馈教学法在神经外科专科准入培训中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选取2016年手术室新入科护士7名为对照组,采用传统教学法。2017年手术室新入科护士7名为观察组,采用反馈教学法。比较2组培训后的考核成绩和手术配合满意度。结果观察组理论知识、仪器设备操作、技术操作、手术配合考核得分以及配合满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论反馈教学法应用于神经外科专科护士准入培训中,能有效提高护士的综合能力。Objective To investigate the effect of feedback teaching method in admittance training of neurosurgery specialist nurses.Methods A convenience sample of 7 surgical nurses recruited in 2016 were included as the control group,and another 7 surgical nurses recruited in 2017 were included as the observation group.Two types of teaching methods were adopted in admittance training of neurosurgery specialist nurses:control group with routing teaching method,observation group with feedback teaching method.The assessment outcomes and satisfactory degree with surgical cooperation were compared between two groups.Results Nurses in the observation group achieved higher assessment scores of theoretical knowledge,equipment operation,technical operation and surgical cooperation compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfactory score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The feedback teaching method in admittance training is effective to improve the comprehensive ability of surgical nurses.
