摘　　要：目前动态心电图(DCG)临床应用的导联系统有双极3导联系统、12导联系统以及18导联系统,本文对3种不同导联系统的使用做简要介绍,分析12导联心电图与其他导联心电图相比临床应用中的优势,以供不同医院及人群使用参考。The clinical application of dynamic electrocardiography(DCG)lead system includes bipolar 3-lead system,12-lead system and 18-lead system.This paper briefly introduced the use of three different lead systems,analyzed the advantages of 12-lead DCG and made compassion with other two lead systems in clinical application,so as to provide reference for DCG in different hospital settings and population.
