摘　　要：心脑血管系统疾病患者在用药期间应用12导联动态心电图能够记录下普通心电图难以发现的患者日常活动中出现的ST段、QTc间期异常等心律失常的改变,为医生评价药物治疗的有效性和安全性提供参考依据。The application of 12-lead Holter electrocardiography can record the changes of arrhythmias such as abnormal ST segment and QTc interval which are difficult to be identified by ordinary electrocardiogram in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases during medication administration.It can provide a reference basis for doctors to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of medication.
