摘　　要：动态心电图应用于心脏手术围手术期患者的检查过程中,已经充分突显出全面而又准确的临床特点,能够实时监测患者术前术后心脏情况,为医生术前评估及术后病情观察提供依据。本文对12导联动态心电图在植入起搏器/埋藏式心律转复除颤器(ICD)、射频消融术、冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)等心脏疾病围手术期患者中的应用进行总结。The application of 12-lead Holter electrocardiography has advantages of comprehensiveness and accuracy in the examination of patients during the perioperative period of cardiac surgery.It can monitor the cardiac condition of patients before and after operation in real time,and provide basis for doctors'preoperative evaluation and observation of postoperative conditions.This article summarizes the application of 12-lead Holter electrocardiography in perioperative patients with cardiac diseases such as pacemaker/implantable cardioverter-defibrillator(ICD),radiofrequency ablation(RFA),coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).
