摘  要:为了实现对运动物体位移的精确测量,使位移测量更加趋向于智能化,利用加速度传感器准确测得运动载体的加速度信号,并深入分析了位移测量控制原理所带来的误差,针对该误差设计了加速度修正算法,使用多项式拟合的方式去除趋势项,利用加速度常数修正算法对所测加速度进行修正,以数据迭代的方式得到运动物体的位移。利用MATLAB仿真软件对实测数据进行拟合和仿真,实验发现该优化算法定距精度较高,实际平均测量误差为1.40%,可满足工程实际的要求。In order to realize the accurate measurement of displacement,and make the displacement measuring more intelligent,the acceleration signal of the motion carrier was accurately measured by MEMS acceleration sensor,and the error caused by the displacement measuring control principle was analyzed in depth.The error correction algorithm was designed.Polynomial fitting method was used to remove trend items.Acceleration constant correction algorithm was used to correct the measured acceleration,and the displacement of the moving object was obtained by data iteration.The MATLAB simulation software was used to fit and simulate the measured data.The experiments found that the optimization algorithm had high accuracy in distance determination,and the actual average measurement error was 1.40%,which could meet the actual requirements of the project.
