摘　　要：公共托育服务是儿童早期照顾支持框架的重要组成部分。当下,我国公共托育服务取得一系列政策进展,重新界定政府、家庭、社会在儿童早期照顾中的责任划分,明确儿童早期照顾服务的发展方向、政策支持方式等。公共托育服务在快速发展的同时,也面临着诸多困难与挑战,如服务供给不足、服务质量和结构等有待调整、托育机构登记注册难且运营成本高、公共托育服务协同作用发挥有限、本土化发展方式尚不充分等。未来,可整合探索公共托育服务的发展方向,促进公共托育服务与时间支持、物质支持方式的共同发展,增加服务供给,优化服务结构,发展多样化、多层次的服务,探索适合中国国情的公共托育服务发展。Public childcare services is an important part of the early care support framework for children.At present,a series of policy progress has been made in China's public childcare service,redefining the responsibilities of the government,family and society in early childhood care,and clarifying the development direction and policy support mode of early childhood care service.As the rapid development of public care service,it also faces many difficulties and challenges,such as insufficient service supply,service quality and structure to be adjusted,high operation cost of registration of care institutions,limited synergy of public care service,and insufficient localized development mode.In the future,we can integrate and explore the development direction of public care services,promote the common development of service support,time support and material support,increase service supply,optimize service structure,develop diversified and multi-level services,and explore the development of public education services suitable for China's national conditions.
