摘　　要：职工书屋是开展企业文化、职工文化建设的重要载体,是我国公共文化建设和全民阅读的一项标志性工程。经过十多年的努力,职工书屋建设成绩斐然,品牌效应显著。但面临新时代新要求,职工书屋建设还存在硬件设施较差,图书数量少、更新慢、品种单一,覆盖面不够广,载体创新不够等问题。因此,加强新时代基层职工书屋建设必须从提高认识站位、加强规范管理、增强工作实效等方面着手,真正把职工书屋建设成为新时代亿万职工的精神文化家园。The staff library is an important carrier for the development of corporate culture and staff culture.It is also a landmark project in China's public cultural construction and national reading.With more than ten years'effort,the construction of staff library has made remarkable achievements,and the brand effect is remarkable.However,facing new requirements in the new era,there are still problems,such as poor facilities,small number of books,slow updating,single variety,insuffi cient coverage,and insuffi cient carrier innovation.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of grassroots staff library in the new era,we must start from raising awareness,strengthening standard management,enhancing the effectiveness of work,and truly build the staff bookstore into a spiritual and cultural home for hundreds of millions of employees.
