摘 要:通过对制冷机组中横管降膜蒸发器开展低温传热、流动性能测试,获得了横管降膜蒸发器在低温工况下的总传热系数、蒸发温度及管程阻力压降随热流密度的变化规律,以及载冷剂物性参数对横管降膜蒸发器低温特性的影响。结果表明,总传热系数随热流密度的增大而增大,蒸发温度随热流密度增大而降低;载冷剂的粘度对机组的传热、流动性能都有很大的影响;管内阻力压降随雷诺数增大而增大,小温差随雷诺数的增大而减小。Through the test of the heat transfer and flow performance of the horizontal-tube falling film evaporator at lowtemperature,the effect of heat flux on the overall heat transfer coefficient,evaporation temperature and flow resistance was studied,and the influence of the physical parameters of the refrigerant on the falling film evaporator was also researched.The results indicate that with the increase of heat flux,heat transfer coefficient and evaporation temperature increase and decrease respectively.The viscosity of the refrigerant has a great influence on the heat transfer and flow performance of the unit.The resistance pressure in the tube and temperature difference increased and decreased as the Reynolds number increase.
