低温工况下不同类型氨螺杆压缩机组的选型及应用分析

摘　　要：本文分析了三种不同循环螺杆机组的运行特点,并比较了实际产品样本的性能。通过对比发现对于常见蒸发温度-33℃^-28℃的低温冷藏库,建议选用带经济器螺杆机组。对于蒸发温度为-35℃的速冻库,综合初投资等各种因素,建议选用带经济器螺杆机组。对于蒸发温度-45℃^-40℃工况相对稳定的速冻螺旋、隧道和网带速冻机配套一对一制冷系统,建议采用单机双级或双机双级螺杆机组。对于多工况多温区的综合食品加工厂,建议采用双机配搭中间完全冷却循环的制冷系统,可以将整个系统的效率做到最佳。The operating characteristics of three different circulating screw units are analyzed,and the performance of the actual product samples is compared in this paper.It is found that the screw compressor unit with economizer is recommended for the cold storage with evaporation temperature ranging from-33℃to-28℃.For the quick-frozen storage with evaporation temperature of-35℃,screw compressor unit with economizer is recommended to be used considering energy saving and investment.For the matching refrigeration system with relatively stable evaporation temperature ranging from-40℃to–45℃,compound two stage screw compressor unit,two-stage screw compressor packages are preferred.For the comprehensive food processing plant with multi working conditions and multi temperature areas,it is suggested to adopt the refrigeration system with two units matching compressors and complete cooling in the vertical intercooler,so as to achieve the best efficiency of the whole system.
