摘 要:全预制桥梁架设指墩身、梁体均在厂内预制,通过架桥机在施工现场完成架设。现桥梁建设梁体厂内预制,墩身大多在现场浇筑,对环境污染严重,且质量控制难,施工周期较长。文中详细介绍架桥机通过对起吊天车差异化设计,前后跨分段施工,前跨完成墩身架设,后跨完成梁体架设,这样很好解决墩身与承台连接处等强期间设备与人员施工的停顿问题。通过架桥机进行一体化架设,生产效率高,桥梁质量高,工程造价低。该架桥机的成功应用会推动我国桥梁建设向绿色化、工厂化、标准化施工方向发展。Full bridge prefabrication means precasting the pier,bent cap and girder at the yard and then erecting by launching gantry at site.Presently,most of the conditions is that casting segment in PC yard,but casting piers in situ,which is not only serious for the environment pollution but also difficult to control the pier quality with long construction period.This paper introduced in detail the launching gantry,with its special design of the trolley,constructing at both front and rear span,using the front span to erect the pier,and using the rear span to erect the girder,these could successfully solve the stand still of equipment and worker caused by pier and pile cap connection.This kind of integrative launching gantry is very efficient with high quality and low construction cost.Its successful application shall definitely promote bridge construction towards the direction of environment friendly,factory fabrication and standardized production.
