摘 要:氯离子侵蚀已成为影响海洋环境下混凝土结构耐久性最主要的因素;混凝土耐久性破坏是一个长期的过程。试验室常采用人工加速模拟的方法研究混凝土耐久性劣化过程。然而,针对混凝土耐久性室内模拟与实海暴露的研究,目前在试验方法、试验制度及加速因素等方面尚未形成统一认识与规范,使研究成果在工程中应用推广具有一定局限性。若能建立真实暴露条件和室内模拟混凝土氯离子侵蚀试验两者之间的相似性关系,更能准确地分析海洋环境下混凝土结构耐久性和预测其使用寿命。考虑环境(温度和湿度)和材料性能(水胶比和矿物掺合料)等因素影响,基于单因素和多因素作用,主要从试验研究、理论分析及数值模拟3个角度,分别综述了混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀的研究进展,总结了海洋环境下混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀相似性研究成果,并对其进行了讨论和展望,为未来的理论研究及实际工程应用提供一定依据。Chloride-induced corrosion is one of the major deterioration mechanisms of reinforced concrete that may seriously affect the durability of the structures in marine environment.The deterioration of concrete durability as a long-term process is usually investigated by lab-scale artificial acceleration simulation.However,there is no normative standard in the corresponding test methods,test systems and acceleration factors in the indoor simulation and coastal exposure research on concrete durability,thus restricting the engineering application of the research results.It is necessary for the durability of concrete structure research more practical engineering significance to establish the similarity relationship of chloride ion ingress into concrete between the coastal exposure environment and the indoor simulated environment.It could accurately evaluate the durability and predict service life of concrete structures in the marine environment.From the viewpoints of single factor and multi-factor effects,the available experimental,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the similarity of chloride ion ingress into concrete were introduced,respectively.The research findings on the similarity of chloride ion ingress into concrete exposed to marine environment were summarized.The relevant discussion and expectation of this subject were conducted,thus providing a basis for future theoretical research and practical engineering application.
