摘  要:通过高温加热、酸洗工艺对钼尾矿中SiO2提纯,采用甲基含氢硅油和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷(DDS)对其进行表面疏水改性。结果表明:采用煅烧和酸洗工艺可有效去除其中的钙、镁等杂质,可以使氧化硅的提纯含量达到84.3%;当以甲基含氢硅油为改性剂时,改性后的钼尾矿活化度可以达到77.6%,接触角最大可以达到116°,甲基含氢硅油已成功接枝到钼尾矿表面;以二甲基二乙氧基硅烷为改性剂时,活化度可以达到95.0%,接触角可以达到130°,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷已经均匀包覆在钼尾矿表面。The SiO2 in the molybdenum tailings is purified by high-temperature heating and pickling,and the surface is modified with methylhydrogen-containing silicone oil and dimethyl diethoxysilane(DDS).The results show that the impurities such as calcium and magnesium can be effectively removed,and the purified content of silicon oxide can reach 84.3%.When methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil is used as a modifier,the activation degree of modified slag can reach 77.6%,and the maximum contact angle can reach 116°.Methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil can be effectively grafted onto the surface oftailing particles.When dimethyl diethoxy silane is used as a modifier,the activation degree can reach 95%,the contact angle can reach 130°,and dimethyl diethoxy silaneis uniformly coated on the surface of tailing particles.The application of modified molybdenum tailings silica in ammonium hydrogen phosphate extinguishing agent shows that it can improve the water repellency of ammonium hydrogen phosphate extinguishing agent.
