摘　　要：改进现有钢化炉装置,通过输送超白压延玻璃原片,依次匀速进入钢化炉加热区、加速进入空位区和定速进入冷风区的分段控制模式,进行多个加温区间升温和降温的工艺操作,克服2 mm超白压延玻璃钢化极易变形的缺陷,达到了优异钢化效果。Improved the existing tempering furnace device,which can transport raw ultra white calendered glass,enter heating area,empty area and cold air area at a constant speed in turn,and carry out the process operation of heating and cooling in multiple heating areas,so as to overcome the easily deformed defects of 2 mm ultra white calendered glass and achieve excellent tempering effect.
