摘　　要：解析了创业教育中的价值引领,指出了课程思政与创业教育具有目标统一性、载体互补性和要素关联性,分析了课程思政与创业教育价值引领中的教育机理,主要包括知识逻辑的符号传递实现知识价值、教育逻辑的价值引领提升素质价值和生活逻辑的实践指导提高能力价值,最后提出了价值引领动力机制和价值引领资源机制。This paper studies the value guidance in entrepreneurship education,points out the unity,carrier complementarity and factor correlation in ideological education and entrepreneurship education and analyzes the education system in curriculum ideological education and the entrepreneurship education guidance,including the symbol transfer of knowledge logic to realize knowledge value,the value guidance of education logic to improve quality value and practical guidance of life logic to improve ability value.Finally,it puts forward the dynamic mechanism of value guidance and the resource mechanism of value leading.
