摘　　要：术后快速康复是指术后采用最优化的方法加速患儿康复。随着外科手术、体外循环技术的提高,麻醉方案的改进,监护设备的更新升级,术后快速康复技术逐渐成熟。目前,简单先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)如房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损等术后应用快速康复已取得良好效果,复杂CHD如法洛四联症、完全性房室通道伴肺动脉高压等术后应用快速康复也取得一定效果。本文就术后快速康复在简单、复杂CHD患儿中的应用情况及可能影响因素的研究进展作一综述。Fast-track surgery uses a variety of optimized methods to accelerate the recovery of children.With the continuous development of pediatric cardiac surgery techniques,extracorporeal circulation techniques,anesthesia techniques and post-operative monitoring techniques,fast-track surgrey is gradually well developed.At present,the fast-track surgery has achieved good results in children with simple congenital heart disease such as atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect,and it has also achieved certain results in children with complex congenital heart disease as tetralogy of Fallot,and complete atrioventricular septal defect complicated with pulmonary hypertension.This paper reviews the research progress of the application of fast-track surgery in children with simple and complex congenital heart disease and the possible influencing factors.
