摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)是导致围手术期并发症和死亡的常见原因,其发病率较高。OSA患者由于在维持气道通畅方面存在困难,可能会增加围手术期发病率和死亡风险。目前国内缺乏关于OSA患者围手术期管理的指南解读。美国率先于2006年提出关于OSA患者围手术期管理的指南,2018美国麻醉与睡眠医学学会发表了最新关于成年OSA患者术中处理的指南。本文主要对2018年关于OSA术中处理指南进行解读,从OSA患者的术前评估、术前麻醉、术中管理、术后监护和住院标准等方面进行总结和归纳,旨在减少OSA患者的围手术期不良事件,改善OSA患者围手术期预后。Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is a common cause of incidence rate and mortality during perioperative period.The incidence of OSA is high.Because of potential difficulties in maintaining airway patency,OSA patients may increase the incidence rate of perioperative morbidity and mortality.At present,there is a lack of interpretation of perioperative management guidelines for OSA patients in China.The guidelines on perioperative management of OSA was firstly proposed in the United States in 2006 and being renewed in 2018 by the American Society of Anesthesiology and Sleep Medicine(the intraoperative management of adult obstructive sleep apnea patients).This aiticle explained the guidelines for OSA intraoperative management in 2018,summarized the preoperative evaluation,preoperative anesthesia,intraoperative management,postoperative monitoring and hospitalization standards of OSA patients,in order to reduce the perioperative adverse events of OSA patients and improve perioperative prognosis.
