摘 要:启动电锅炉是核电站重要的辅助设备,在单堆启动且无其他汽源时,向核电站提供必须的启动用蒸汽,其蒸汽用户覆盖全厂核岛、常规岛及BOP(辅助厂房)。由于核岛和常规岛的设计标准存在差异,启动电锅炉选型容量一直存在着设计差异,选型容量小,则制约核电站顺利启动;选型容量大,又会因启动锅炉长期处于备用,投资维护费用高,因此有必要对启动电锅炉容量进行分析。通过计算启动电锅炉五类基本热负荷,提出四类影响锅炉减容因素,为锅炉减容标准化设计提供依据,保证启动电锅炉设计选型合理性。The start-up boiler is an important auxiliary equipment during the start-up of nuclear power plant.It can provide the necessary steam for the power plant when single-reactor start-up or spare steam sources are not available.The steam users include the nuclear island,conventional island and BOP.Because deviation of design standard between nuclear island and the conventional island exists,it leads to difference in the boiler selection capacity.If boiler selection capacity is small,it will restrict the smooth start-up of power plants.If boiler selection capacity is large,the start-up boiler will be in standby for a long time,which leads to high cost of investment and maintenance and unreasonable economy.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the capacity of start-up electric boilers.By calculating five basic heat loads of starting electric boilers,the four possible factors affecting boiler capacity reduction design are proposed in this paper,and then provide theoretical support for standardized design of boiler capacity reduction to ensure the rationality of design and selection of start-up electric boilers.
