摘　　要：田湾核电放射性废物处理中心(T4UKT)是田湾核电放射性废物集中处理设施,设计为田湾1~6号机组服务。由于工程滞后,系统调试进度压力较大。通过安装、调试优化,有效缩短了工期,系统实际调试工期5个多月,不到国内同类设施实际调试工期的三分之一。本文简单介绍了T4UKT主工艺系统和调试经验,以及调试期间主要缺陷处理。The radioactive waste treatment center(T4UKT)of Tianwan NPP is a centralized radioactive waste treatment facility,and designed to treat the radioactive waste from Units 1~6.T4UKT equipment installation schedule is delayed over 6 month,and the commissioning schedule has to be shorted.Through installation and commissioning optimization,the actual commissioning period is only 5 months,less than one third of the actual commissioning period of similar project in China.This paper briefly introduces the T4UKT radioactive waste treatment process and system commissioning with non-radioactive waste,as well as the main issues during system commissioning.
