摘　　要：中国传统的营造业是土木工程和建筑行业的统称,而近现代中国建筑业体系则将设计业与施工业划分开来。武汉现代建筑施工体系是中国建筑施工体系的地方性体现,该文将时间范围界定于1949年-1965年,试图从武汉建筑现代转型的建筑施工企业组成和行业管理体系的发展中做一个初步的分析和总结,梳理武汉建筑施工企业发展和建设实践脉络,挖掘特定历史时期企业发展与建设活动间的关联。China's traditional construction industry is a combination of civil engineering and architectural design,while the modern Chinese construction industry system divides the design industry from the construction industry.Wuhan modern building construction system is a local embodiment of China's building construction system.In this paper we define the time horizon from 1949 to 1965,and try to make a preliminary analysis and summary from development of composition of modern builiding construction enterprise and the industry management system.Then we sort out the development of construction enterprises and construction practice,and explore the relationship between enterprise development and construction activities in a specific historical period.
