依托旧厂区改造的文化创意园外部公共空间研究--以南昌699文化创意园为例

摘　　要：文化创意产业是最具活力的新兴产业类型,它带来的变化将为人们的生活创造无限可能。而文化创意园作为其载体在各城市旧厂区改造中也得到了迅速发展。外部公共空间作为文化创意园区创意人群创作、展示和交流的主要载体,在文化创意园区中发挥着重要作用。该文以南昌699文化创意园为研究对象,对园区整体布局,园区交通结构组织,外部空间组成要素,以及比例尺度进行分析,探索文化创意园区外公共空间的建设方法,为中国文化创意园区外部公共空间设计提供有益的思考。The cultural and creative industry is the most dynamic type of emerging industry,and the changes will create endless possibilities for people's lives.As a carrier of the Cultural and Creative Park,it has also developed rapidly in the transformation of old factories in various cities.The external public space,as the main carrier for the creation,displays and exchanges of creative people in the cultural and creative park,plays an important role in the cultural and creative park.Taking Nanchang 699 Cultural and Creative Park as the research object,we analyze the overall layout of the park,the transportation structure of the park,the components of the external space,and the ratio scale.We also explore the construction method of the public space outside the cultural and creative park,so as to provide fruitful thinking for the design of the external public space of the Cultural and Creative Park.
