摘  要:研制新型白色超微粒悬浮液及对非渗透性客体表面手印的显现效果。应用正交实验设计,以手印的显现效果为评价指标,确定纳米氧化铝超微粒悬浮液的最优配方。以此最优配方配制的悬浮液与传统氧化锌小颗粒悬浮液和"502"胶熏显法的显现效果进行比较分析。经实验确定新型白色超微粒悬浮液的最优配方是将50g纳米氧化铝粉末利用0.5mL高分子分散剂分散在100ml蒸馏水中,磁力搅拌器的温度设置在40℃,转速为750r/min。该悬浮液性能稳定,特别适用于潮湿非渗透性客体表面汗潜手印的显现。The development of new white ultrafine particle suspension formulation for developing non-permeable guest surface latent fingerprint is important.Developing the new white ultrafine particle suspension based on nano alumina was selected from four kinds of white metal oxide powders.The optimal formulation of the nano-alumina ultrafine particle suspension based on orthogonal experiment design was determined by the development of latent fingerprint.This study compared the optimal formulation of the suspension with the traditional zinc oxide particle suspension and the "502" gel fuming method.The optimal formulation for the new white ultrafine particle suspension based on experiment are as follows:50g nano alumina powder was dispersed in 100ml distilled water with 0.5ml polymer organic dispersant,and the temperature of the magnetic stirrer was set at 40°C and the rotation speed was set at 750r/min.The suspension has stable performance,especially suitable for the development of latent sweat fingerprint on wet non-permeable object surface.
